What does the ticket include?  

Each ticket type includes:

• Overnight accommodations for two nights for 4 or 7 people (depending on cabin)

• Live music on Friday and Saturday

• Catered meals (Friday dinner-Sunday breakfast)

• Coffee

• Activities like crafts, pickle ball, boating, and hiking

• Additional programming unique to the DVFF including music and writing workshops (bring your instruments!)

• A tax-deductible donation to the Deer Valley Conservancy

• Festival merchandise

• Artist merchandise

• Beer/wine/seltzer

• Snack bar treats

Are single day tickets available? 

No.  In order to keep the weekend special and intimate, only weekend tickets are available for Deer Valley Folk Fest.   

What makes Deer Valley Folk Fest special? 

The setting, the artists, the limited number of guests, and the campers!  Every registration is VIP.  

What if I want to purchase an entire cabin?  

If you want to reserve an entire cabin, be sure to select an A-side and a B-side cabin of the same cabin type when registering.  If the name on the reservation for both tickets is the same, you will automatically be assigned to both sides of the same cabin. 

Is there alcohol permitted at this event?  

Yes.  Alcohol can only be consumed in the 21+ Beer Garden or in your private cabin area and drink tickets can be purchased in advance. 

Can I request to share a cabin with my friend?

If an A-side cabin and a B-side cabin were reserved under two different names, we will be happy to accommodate requests whenever possible to share a cabin.  After the tickets are purchased, the ticket holder from each side of the cabin may email us at deervalleyfolkfest@gmail.com to request to share a cabin with a specific party.  We are not able to accommodate requests for specific cabin numbers.  

Is this a family event? 

Yes, this is an all-ages event.  While children are invited to attend, please note there will not be specific programming geared toward kids.  All children age 3+ will count toward the cabin bed limit, but kids younger than 3 are permitted without additional charge and do not count toward your bed total.
